SIGUA Real Estate: A Legacy of Excellence

Founded in 2004 by Joe Sigua and Erwin Sigua, Entrepreneur Realty—now SIGUA Real Estate—grew into a leading independent brokerage in Northern Nevada, ranking among the top 25 firms in sales production among more than 350 brokerages in the region.

Following the 2008-2011 financial crisis, SIGUA expanded into residential property management. That division became a primary engine of growth, with more than 1,000 residential doors written over the next 14 years.

2026 — San Francisco Bay Area residential market. First AI Systems and personnel: "ALLIE".
Today, SIGUA operates as one of the top sales, property management, and Vacation home firms serving Nevada and Northern California.
Looking Ahead
International expansion, including a planned SIGUA Vacations launch in Dubai, was deferred to 2028 (ongoing Middle East War). Future markets under consideration include Oahu, Hawaii, Manila, Philippines, and Dubai, UAE.

The SIGUA family’s work in real estate spans more than three decades: Joe Sigua represented his first real estate client in 1991, Cindy Sigua closed her first mortgage in 1993, Erwin Sigua established the SIGUA brokerage in 2004, and Aihla and Erwin launched SIGUA Vacations together in 2020.
