A RICH HISTORY...

 

SIGUA Real Estate, established in 2004, has a rich history shaped by the vision of its founders, Erwin Sigua and Joe Sigua (Father). Joe Sigua, a seasoned Real Estate agent since 1991, laid the groundwork, and Erwin Sigua joined as an assistant in 1999. Within a mere 5 years, SIGUA Real Estate blossomed, propelling it to become a leading independent Real Estate company in Northern Nevada and ranking among the top 25 brokerages in sales production out of over 350 brokerages in the region.

In response to the challenges posed by the Great Recession of 2008, SIGUA Real Estate swiftly adapted and expanded its offerings. It officially ventured into property management, providing comprehensive services to property owners. Subsequently, the SIGUA family diversified further:

​

• In 2017, they established a Mortgage Branch under Right Choice Lending.

• 2018 witnessed the addition of SIGUA Insurance, an independent insurance agency.

• By 2019, they introduced a vacation home rental management service, SVRM-SIGUA Vacations.

• In 2020, the SIGUA organization extended its reach by launching a car rental line under SIGUA Autos.

 

Fast-forward to 2024, and SIGUA Real Estate is a dynamic force in the industry. It has emerged as one of the fastest-growing property management and vacation home companies in Nevada and Northern California, serving 10 cities, including the vibrant hub of Las Vegas. SIGUA Agents are not only prepared/armed with the expertise of what to look for in a home and its market, but SIGUA Agents are also well-versed in-home marketing, selling, and contract negotiations. SIGUA Agents, as a One-Stop-Shop Real Estate Provider, can see all angles in a Real Estate transaction more so than any other agents from mono-line Real Estate Brokerages.
